All OJ jewelry is handmade with care, so please allow 7–10 business days for production before your order ships. Because each piece is made-to-order, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, if your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue, please reach out to us—we’re happy to help and will do our best to make it right.
